Cherry Tree Inn

I only spent one night here, but I was very impressed. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the TV channel selection was great! I was surrounded by other guests, but I could barely hear them, so I got a good night's rest. The complimentary breakfast was excellent!

I have to fly to Billings Hospital once to twice a month. The first time I had no clue as to where anything was in conjunction to the hospital. This last trip I was more limited on funds and did not have the money to be Lyfted halfway across town. I saw the Cherty Tree right across the street and called. Not only was the hotel in the perfect location, but it was a good $50 to $75 cheaper than what I had been paying. When I called, I was able to reserve a room with just my name, no credit card info was needed at that time. I finished with my appointments and walked directly there and finished my check-in. The hotel is larger than what it appears on the outside, but once inside it had that comfy, country inn feeling. The room was very nice, very clean, very quiet and very well stocked. And the Continental Breakfast was very much needed. I will be making this my normal stay over location as long as they have rooms available!!

I have been staying here the last 3 nights love the old school charm with a modern twist . I love the rock display I'm a rock hound . The stay was peaceful and clean. The staff are polite and welcoming it's right next to the hospital very convenient. It is also reasonable thank you. I'm in the top 10% of Google reviewers for a reason I know my stuff

We was accused of stealing blankets when we took our own the staff was rude to us and I took dirty towels to housekeeper for fresh ones. The room was smelly and dirty. Air flow wasn't good and air conditioning wasn't that great. There was creeps lurking outside and they had no security at all. The breakfast was burnt and. They cut off the power in the breakfast area at 9:30. It was the most worse experience we ever had and I do not recommend it to the people of color. Made us feel unwelcomed

So very convenient, directly across from Billings Clinic Hospital. Nice clean rooms. Generous continental breakfast, and occasional fresh popped popcorn in the evening. Nice family run hotel. Front staff seem aloof at first, but always willing to help and definitely warm up to you. Room rates are very reasonable, especially for what you get. Comfy bed, slept very well. Frig and microwave available upon request. Already in the room if request is made during reservations. We stayed due to family member in the hospital. Hope we don't have a repeat of that, but if we do, we plan to stay here for sure.

Was looking for an easy place to stay close to the airport. Room was super warm and cozy. There was a close up mirror and a hair dryer in the room. Only heard emergency sirens twice that night. Pillows were flat. Had three decorative pillows we used. Elevator and ice machine were not working.

Love you guys . We stay here all the time . We love the non chain style . Weather we are staying for business leisure or medical needs. The Cherry Has always benchmarked the experience. I have stayed in $1,500 a night places weeks at a time you can not buy down home comfort and hospitality. See you soon oh yeah everything I have been careless and left behind has always ended up at the front desk . You can not purchase integrity and if you love rocks and geological specimens know that you will love thier display.

The hotel is nice. The outside appearance doesn't do it justice. The rooms are clean and comfortable,with nice furniture. I stayed in a single and it had a comfortable bed, a small round pedestal dining table with 2 chairs, a microwave, and a fridge. The TV came with A LOT of channels,more than I've seen at other much pricier hotels. Staff was warning about the big homeless population around the area, but I didn't see anyone fitting that profile. One strange thing is that the lady who checked me in offered to drive me to the airport in the morning, but was gone when I went to meet her at the agreed-upon time. Cab wasn't going to come for another hour. Having a flight to catch, I begged the man at the front desk to find someone to give me a ride for cash. Luckily the maintenance man was able to help out getting me to the airport on time. Great hotel at a great price!
